Key takeaways
- Crypto.com credits a crypto deposit after a set number of block confirmations that depends on the network: for example, 2 for bitcoin, 32 for Ethereum, and 300 for Solana.
- You get a pending-deposit notice after the first confirmation and another when it's credited. No record at all means the crypto hasn't reached Crypto.com or went to the wrong address.
- Deposits on unsupported networks can't be credited or refunded. Tron (TRC-20) doesn't appear in Crypto.com's supported-network lists, so don't send USDT over TRC-20 unless the app offers it.
- Crypto.com can sometimes recover a deposit manually, for up to 150 USDT/USDC for an unsupported token or 50 USDT/USDC for a missing or wrong memo, with no guarantee.
- USD bank deposits must come from a US bank account in your own name. Joint accounts, payment apps, crypto exchanges, and other people's accounts can cause holds or returns.

Crypto.com credits a crypto deposit once it reaches a set number of block confirmations, which depends on the network: 2 for bitcoin, 32 for Ethereum, and 300 for Solana, for example. You’ll get a pending-deposit notice after the first confirmation and another when the deposit is credited. If there’s no record at all, the crypto hasn’t reached Crypto.com yet, or it went to the wrong address or network. US dollar bank deposits take days, except Instant Deposit, which is usable within minutes.
This guide covers deposit times for crypto and dollars, the reasons deposits go missing, how Crypto.com’s deposit recovery works and what it costs, and what to send support. It covers the Crypto.com App; the Crypto.com Exchange has separate rules. It’s based on Crypto.com’s help center, fee schedule, status page, and US terms, checked on October 2, 2026.
How long Crypto.com crypto deposits take
Crypto.com credits a deposit after these confirmations:
| Network | Confirmations Crypto.com requires |
|---|---|
| Bitcoin (BTC) | 2 |
| Ethereum (ERC-20) | 32 |
| Solana (SOL) | 300 |
| XRP | 20 |
| Litecoin (LTC) | 12 |
| Dogecoin (DOGE) | 50 |
| Cardano (ADA) | 30 |
| Base | 64 |
| Arbitrum One | 15 |
| Optimism | 100 |
| Polygon | 256 (another Crypto.com page says 50) |
| BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20) | 60 |
| Avalanche C-Chain | 60 |
| Stellar (XLM) | 5 |
| Cronos (CRO) | 15 |
| Sui (SUI) | 1 |
How long that takes depends on how fast each network adds blocks and how busy it is. When the deposit is processed, Crypto.com sends a push notification and an email. To see your history, open the Accounts tab and tap the clock icon at the top right.
How long Crypto.com USD deposits take
| Method | Minimum | Fee | Typical time |
|---|---|---|---|
| Instant Deposit (pulls from a Plaid-linked bank) | $10 | No Crypto.com fee listed | Usable within minutes; withdrawals locked for 7 business days |
| ACH bank transfer to your personal account and routing number | $1 | Free from Crypto.com | 3-5 working days per Crypto.com’s fee schedule; its terms say allow up to 5 business days |
| Domestic wire (Fedwire) | $1,000 | Free from Crypto.com | 1-2 working days per the fee schedule |
| Debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay | $10 | 1.49% on the help page | Instant top-up |
| PayPal or Venmo | Varies | 1.99% | Instant top-up |
| Early Direct Deposit (paychecks) | Up to 3 days before payday |
You need to set up a USD Account first, which means verifying your Social Security number and address. Crypto.com’s own documents disagree on some limits and fees: for example, its help center lists ACH limits of $1,000,000 a day, while its USD Account terms list $100,000 a day, and the terms put the Apple Pay and Google Pay fee at 1.99%. The app shows the limits that apply to you.
Why your Crypto.com crypto deposit isn’t showing
It’s still confirming
Crypto.com says a deposit shows as Pending when “the number of required block confirmations hasn’t been reached yet.” (In some countries, such as the UK and Singapore, Travel Rule information can also hold a deposit; Crypto.com doesn’t describe this for US users.)
It never reached Crypto.com
“If you cannot see the deposit record in the Crypto.com App, please first check the status on your withdrawal platform and the on-chain status via the blockchain explorer.” If the transaction failed or is still pending there, contact the platform you sent from. Crypto.com names explorers such as blockchair.com for bitcoin, etherscan.io for Ethereum, explorer.solana.com for Solana, and xrpscan.com for XRP.
It went on the wrong or an unsupported network
The network you send on must match the one on Crypto.com’s deposit screen, “otherwise, your deposited funds will not be added to your available balance.” Crypto.com says “any deposits through unsupported chains cannot be credited or refunded,” and its terms call sending to the wrong address or an unsupported asset an “irreversible loss.”
Other deposits Crypto.com doesn’t accept:
- Bridged USDC (USDC.e) on Arbitrum, Polygon, or Avalanche
- Litecoin MWEB transactions
- Bitcoin Ordinals or BRC-20 tokens sent to your regular BTC address (they belong at your Taproot address starting with bc1p)
- XLM account merges, which Crypto.com says leave funds “unrecoverable”
- NFTs, which aren’t supported; contact support to try to recover one
It’s missing a memo or tag
These deposits need both the address and a destination tag or memo: XRP, BNB, EOS, XLM, ATOM, BAND, native CRO, STX, KAVA, RUNE, and LUNC. CRO sent on the Cronos POS chain needs a memo too.
Deposits for that coin are paused
Crypto.com pauses deposits for some coins during security or network problems. On October 2, 2026, its status page showed deposits of AKT, ARCH, ATOM, DYM, JUNO, KAVA, RUNE, and TIA paused since September 7 “due to ongoing security concern.” Check status.crypto.com (opens in a new tab) and the app’s transfer menu before sending.
Crypto.com rejected it
Crypto.com’s terms let it reject any incoming transfer; it then sends the same amount back to the sending address, minus fees.
How to recover a missing crypto deposit on Crypto.com
- Open the recovery tool: in the app, go to Settings → Support → Crypto Deposit Recovery → Request Deposit Review.
- Confirm the on-chain status of the transaction.
- Enter the transaction hash and submit. If it isn’t found, add the block number, token, network, deposit address, and amount.
- Wait for Auto-Review, which “takes up to 20 minutes.” Check back or wait for the email.
- Contact support if the deposit needs a manual recovery.
Manual recovery costs money and isn’t always possible:
| Problem | Crypto.com’s recovery fee |
|---|---|
| Unsupported token deposited | Up to 150 USDT/USDC |
| Missing or wrong memo or tag | 50 USDT/USDC |
| Sent to an address Crypto.com doesn’t manage | Can’t be recovered |
Crypto.com’s fee schedule adds that retrieval fees of up to $150 are set “at its sole discretion and subject to change.”
Why your Crypto.com USD deposit hasn’t arrived
Crypto.com lists these as the most common reasons a bank transfer is held or fails:
- The name on the bank account doesn’t match the name on your Crypto.com account.
- The money came from a joint account.
- It came from a payment company such as Western Union or Stripe, or from a crypto exchange.
- It wasn’t USD sent over ACH.
More rules to check:
- Only your own accounts. Crypto.com’s ACH page says transfers from other people, including “salary transferred by your employer,” aren’t accepted, although its Early Direct Deposit feature is built for paychecks.
- US banks only. Transfers from non-US banks are rejected, and cash and checks aren’t accepted.
- Wires must be domestic USD Fedwire transfers.
- Stay within the limits. “Funds will be returned if you transfer below or beyond the limits.”
- For Instant Deposit, keep more than the deposit amount in your bank for at least 7 business days, so the pull doesn’t fail.
If an ACH transfer you started is declined or returned, the USD Account terms charge a $15 fee.
What to send Crypto.com support
Contact support through in-app chat with proof of payment showing the sender’s name, date, amount and currency, the sending and receiving bank details, and the reference number. For ACH problems, Crypto.com asks for a document such as a bank statement showing your full name and the account the money came from.
If something is wrong with your USD Account, Crypto.com’s terms say it will decide whether there was an error within 10 business days, or take up to 45 days (90 days for new accounts) if it needs more time.
If you’ve been targeted, see where to report a scam.

Frequently asked questions
How long does a Crypto.com crypto deposit take?
It depends on the network's required confirmations. Crypto.com needs 2 confirmations for bitcoin, 32 for Ethereum, 20 for XRP, 12 for Litecoin, and 300 for Solana, among others. You get an email and push notice when the deposit is processed.
Why is my Crypto.com deposit pending?
Crypto.com says a crypto deposit shows as Pending because the required number of block confirmations hasn't been reached yet, or, in some countries such as the UK and Singapore, because Travel Rule information is needed. It notifies you when the deposit is processed.
Why isn't my Crypto.com deposit showing up?
First check the sending platform and a block explorer. If the transaction failed or is pending there, it hasn't reached Crypto.com. If it succeeded, check that you used the right address, network, and memo; Crypto.com can't recover funds sent to an address it doesn't manage.
How do I recover a missing deposit on Crypto.com?
In the app, go to Settings → Support → Crypto Deposit Recovery → Request Deposit Review and enter the transaction hash. Auto-Review takes up to 20 minutes. Manual recovery of an unsupported token costs up to 150 USDT/USDC, and a missing or wrong memo costs 50 USDT/USDC, if recovery is possible at all.
How long do Crypto.com USD bank deposits take?
Instant Deposit is usable within minutes. Crypto.com's Fees & Limits document lists 3-5 working days for ACH transfers and 1-2 working days for wires, while its US terms say to allow up to 5 business days. You're notified in the app and by email when an ACH transfer arrives.
Can I send USDT on Tron (TRC-20) to Crypto.com?
Tron doesn't appear in Crypto.com's lists of supported networks, and Crypto.com says deposits through unsupported chains can't be credited or refunded. Only use a network that the Crypto.com app's deposit screen offers for that coin.
Why was my Crypto.com bank transfer returned?
Common reasons are a bank account name that doesn't match your Crypto.com name, a joint account, money sent from a payment company or crypto exchange, a transfer that wasn't USD over ACH, an amount outside the limits, or a transfer from someone else. Crypto.com charges $15 when an ACH transfer you start is declined or returned.
