How to report a mistake

If you think something on TheWalletDesk is wrong or out of date, please tell us. Include:

  • the page URL,
  • what you think is wrong, and
  • a link to a source that shows the correct information, if you have one.

Email us at the address on our contact page, with “Correction” in the subject line.

What happens next

  • We read every correction request.
  • We check the claim against primary sources: the platform’s own documentation or a regulator.
  • If we confirm an error, we fix the page, update its “last updated” date, and log the correction below.
  • If a platform has changed something, we update the page the same way and re-check our related guides.

What counts as a correction

  • Corrections fix a factual error, such as a wrong fee, an incorrect step, or an outdated rule. We log these below.
  • Updates reflect changes by the platform or new information. These change the page’s “last updated” date but aren’t logged as corrections.
