Uphold Guides for US Users
Uphold is a multi-asset trading platform that holds your crypto, US dollars, and other assets for you (custodial). US customers are served by Uphold HQ Inc. Uphold doesn’t serve New York residents, doesn’t open new accounts in Louisiana or most US territories, and limits crypto activity for anyone physically in New York.
These guides cover the Uphold problems US users search for most: withdrawals stuck pending or processing, deposits that don’t arrive, restricted accounts and reviews, and where Uphold works in the US. Each is based on Uphold’s own help center and user agreement, lists its sources, and shows when it was last checked. Search results for Uphold are full of fake support phone numbers, so contact Uphold only through its app or support.uphold.com.
