Kraken Guides for US Users

Kraken is a crypto exchange that holds your crypto for you (custodial). It serves US residents in every state except New York and Maine, through its US company, Payward Interactive, Inc. These guides cover the Kraken problems US users search for most: deposits that don’t show up, withdrawals on hold, restricted or locked accounts, and stuck identity verification. Each one is based on Kraken’s own support documentation, lists its sources, and shows when it was last checked.

Kraken doesn’t publish a support phone number. Get help only through support.kraken.com or the Call us option inside the Kraken apps.
